Joseph Joyce, 27, of Scituate, Massachusetts, turned himself in at the MBTA Transit Police Headquarters and charged with Indecent Assault & Battery for allegedly pulling down the shirt of a 16 year old girl last Wednesday at Cambridge’s Kendall Square Station.

The girl told MBTA Police last Wednesday that a blond man in his 20’s approacher her and pulled down her shirt at Cambridge’s Kendall Square T Station before then running away. In that incident, the Cohasset Police Department reports that a 40 year old woman alleges that he walked up behind her in the supermarket, brushed up against her and lifted up her dress. The woman called police after seeing Joyce’s arrest relative to the Cambridge incident. In that case, Joyce has also pled not guilty in Quincy District Court to charges of Indecent Assault & Battery and Accosting a Person of the Opposite Sex.
